Yesterday was a bit of an eating disaster. Was supposed to have a late lunch with BF, so didn't eat at my regular time. He got delayed and delayed and delayed. I went to Costco hungry, didn't eat samples, but by the time I got in line I was ravenous so bought their trail mix pouches because at least the damage would be contained and I wouldn't have to go to the food court. Still trying not to eat a meal at this point. well, he was done around 8:40 PM, I had only snacked and was hangry. We're going to try again tonight, the good news is that this particular employer of his will never interfere again as he no longer works there. Change is good, we'll see where this next leg of the journey takes us. It definitely reinforces the decision to move on. So no real walk for me other than Costco. Did some stuff around the house. I did carry two boxes of firewood around at 57 pounds each, followed by a 40 pound bag of dog food, so I guess it was a lifting day. Gotta take it where you can get it. Scale is being really weird as far as connecting to my devices. After several tries, this is where it finally registered. Gonna change batteries again although I don't think it's been that long. Maybe this is where I should invest in the Duracell ones. My cordless vacuum has died. I ordered a new battery a week ago; it still hasn't shipped. I have three dogs. I'm worried. I do have an old school corded machine, but it doesn't really do the job. I'm not going to buy a new one because I've already paid for the battery. Totally sucks except that it doesn't. At all. Pray for me. I'm going to be up to my armpits in GSD hair. I feel like I'm losing the battle where Chance is not allowed on the bed. No reason at all, nothing to see here, move along. Sorry yesterday went so rough! Sounds like you made it and are back on track, though! I say Costco trips count as workouts. Peopling is crazy sometimes. 😝 Hope your have a better weekend.

The question I have is how many miles did you meander around Costco for? If I go there with my wife, I lag about 2 miles as we meander and look at EVERYTHING! Ug! And Costco food court holds now sway over me, even when I am hangry. I was hangry last night too, had lunch about 1 and then we were suppose to go out on date night but took kids to swim at gym instead. So didn’t leave there till 9 pm, everything closed except fast food which I was against (gasp!) because I was expecting a nice place for date night. It was a bad evening last night.

Well, since I didn’t walk the dogs yesterday and I logged 7,400 steps/3.0 mile for the day, I’d say a god chunk of it was inside Costco. I park in back of the store because there’s less drama and I tend to leave my car and bring stuff back to it. Not efficient in steps, but it makes for easier navigation with the exception of the fire logs.

That's impressive all the temptations you passed up. Count that as a win. I'm dangerous shopping hungry. And yes i HATE how they rearrange everything each week so you can never quickly find what you need. They're evil
