Went to nutritionist yesterday. All good and was surprised with waist measurement. I finally made it! Waist was 29.4 "!! Biceps L 12", R 11.5", Hips 35", Thighs L21.7,R21.8. I was a bit surprised that biceps weren't a bit bigger as I've been really concentrating on building upper body. I can visibly see a difference though, Ive got that cut across bicep which I love. We are beginning to prepare for a huge trip in our RV this summer so I want to be in a good place nutritional and fitness wise. I'm feeling good about where I'm at so far.

Nice. I have a hard time finding my waist. I think it is probably over 30. You are nice and chiseled. Where will you be heading this summer?

Liv, I've always been about 30-31.5" in waist so I was thrilled to see this! We are headed across the USA! I'm so excited. Our 1st stop will be Colorado to see my son. Can't wait. He just got engaged and I will meet his fiancee. 🩷

Congratulations sweet girl🥰. I can feel how happy you are thru the post. Do you think you only have 5-6 years due to pacemaker issues? How exciting to meet the new fiancée as well. A daughter in the family. So nice. Any shot you are heading to Washington in that RV? Looks like our measurements are pretty similar but your arms are so pretty! YOH. Thanks! I am in a good place right now in my WOE and fitness journey. I hope while on vacation I can at least maintain some type of fitness routine. As for what I said about 5-6 years left, I know I'll still be active but maybe not weightlifting like I am now. It gets harder every year to lift heavy. We will not be going out your way this year but we will be up there next summer. (2025) We love the coast of Oregon and plan on heading that way and then on to Washington after that. We will definitely try to look you up!
I am excited to meet my son's fiancee. I can tell from our conversations she has a pure heart. My son needs a strong woman and that she is. She is a Councilwoman, an advocate for women's issues, active with the Hispanic community and a devoted mom. I look forward to spending time with them🩷

Congrats on achieving your under 30" waist goal! You work so hard to meet your goals. I would like to do that, too. I was there for a hot minute. I really wish I could achieve a bigger difference between waist & hips, but if I lose in the waist, my hips also get smaller, too. I look straight up & down. The weight lifter Joan still lifts & she's older than both of us. Goals!

Sherrye, Thanks! I know what you mean about hips and waist. Mine is more hips and thighs. I’m naturally small in those areas and if I lose to much I look like a boy too. You are doing great. I love your food posts and I have made a few of your meals! 💜💜. C just, Thank you! I love weightlifting. I’m pretty competitive and I love when I can add more weight.
