Long walk last night, drank lots of water again last night, and yet that’s still down while the blob is holding on to dear life. This is just a straight up loss, not blob reduction.

Trying to get some tasking done in my personal life that has a deadline on it, wish me luck. I’m going to log into the work computer for a minute and tell them I need to take the rest of that holiday I was supposed to take on Monday. Yes, I recognize that i have a problem there. Working on a solution. Spoken with others quietly, everyone is stressed to the max and something has to give.

I walked early last night, trying to go out while there are still people about. Double-edged sword there. It also doesn’t calm my brain the way walking in the dark does. I’m also missing the Halloween magic that happens after dark. That said, word of warning if you live on the edge of a canyon in SoCal. Tarantulas are real and scarecrows do nothing to keep them away.

My mom and sister have been spotting them all over east county. My guess is because of all the extra plant life this year due to the rains.

Yup. It’s a good year for all the wildlife. 🕸️🕷️ everywhere on my walks. I only freak out when I get spiders on my face or in my hair.

Besides our house there's only one other house that's decorated at all they have a really cool spider web and a couple of little ghost decorations. But for the most part there's not much decorating up and down my street. Although the one side of my street is considered one of the worst parts of town so I wouldn't take the children down that part of the street because it's where a lot of our heroin and meth dealers live and of course (their customers.) We live in a small area of apartment complexes and pass that there are a few neighborhoods of middle-class houses that is very nice area, but they don't seem to have decorated much this year. We normally take the kids on a car ride around the rich people neighborhood on the other side of town a couple nights later on in the month when we have a night off together. They normally have very nice decorations for Christmas I'm not sure if they decorated for Halloween we'll check it out some night soon kind of plot a route. Although on Saturday I have planned to take the children to the parade Ryan is once again working a food truck gig to buy some extra money and I thought the kids would enjoy watching the parade.

Kay, I use a smart scale that does it for me. I don’t worry about accuracy, just overall tends.
