Puppy class last night, so did quick treadmill class and a 30 minute rowing session. Good thing, as it started raining on us in class so there was no way we were going to walk at home. Interesting numbers below. I drank a ton of water yesterday, but i guess i sweated it out although I’m fairly sure i got two bottles in before bed. Anyways, blob holding, water way down, as is muscle mass. Rowing session was 6.6 METs, average heart rate 142, it was one of my favorite sets with alternating 1 min all outs/rest which really does get that heart going. 20 minutes in cardio, 6 in peak. Guessing those were the 6 all outs. Fun stuff. This is a favorite street for a reason. Sunsets are simply amazing. Nice sunset! I don’t know how you can stay on rowing machine that long! I do 5 min and I’m done. Cardio is hard for me. I applaud you!🫶👏👏👏👏👏👏

I do a fitness+ video class, Diana. If i was just doing it without staring someone down in the eyes and taking a challenge, I would quit after a few minutes. Same thing for the treadmill. Cannot stand just walking on it, i need something to engage with.

I use a withings body + smart scale. It is not perfect, but it lets me track overall trends.
