Got up "early" and hit the ground running. By that, I mean I've already used the sawzall, so it's a power tools kinda Sunday. I also need to squeeze in getting food before 11 because this afternoon and evening are already booked, as it were.

I'm looking at my numbers and realizing that while some things are good (drank some water, moved around), I'm failing myself and that's got to be addressed. Today is the exception because I've been moving since the moment I got out of bed, but I know the shorter days are going to be hard. Very glad I have Chance because we can definitely walk in the dark in safety. I have to remember that endorphins are soooo important to keeping my mood up. Leaving the house is good, talking to people is good, hiding in the house after dark is not good. Serious challenges ahead, a plan is the right way to go.
