When I have a ton of typos or weird sentences, it's because this creature is actively trying to get in my lap as I type. as she is this morning. arms on chairs do not deter her mission of cuteness. her 75 pounds does. not a lap dog. swam last night under the stars. one of my favorite things. also a great way to exhaust myself and cool down before bed. I don't even remember what I watched on tv before falling asleep. must have hit it hard the moment I sat down. 836 strokes, 10.5 METs, average heart rate 145. was great until the last bit where I lost my place in the current somehow and got tossed around a bit and then it was over. that's a little frustrating but I wasn't going to do a do over. might turn the current down a notch today and try to get a full hour in if it heats up like yesterday. I need to be cleaning the house though. ugh. today's plans, super clean the house, get rid of some more stuff. company coming next weekend for the fourth so I don't have time to mess around as next week will be focused on the yard, most likely. just thankful we have a payday right before the holiday. need to do a grocery run for the week, but if I don't go, I don't spend money and I like that. on the other hand, i need to get some stuff, it's just all the expensive stuff so I'd rather put it off. these are the loops that run in my head. constantly. anyways, time for another coffee, I think I'll make a waffle since I'm going to be moving around all day. weekend rules. onwards! Before I retired, I lived at a place with a heated outdoor lap pool. I loved swimming in the wee hours of the morning, before daylight, under the moon and stars. I still swim in those early hours, but all I see now are ceiling tiles. Have a lovely Sunday Kat.
