Blob up, muscle down (but holding higher), water down. Should be normal tomorrow. Think my pool fail was due to lack of carbs since I pretty much only ate a couple of eggs and ahi tuna during the day after the pizza massacre the night before. No biggie, just looked outside and the pool is still there for me to get in again later today. I'm also annoyed, so will push through no matter what.

Very slow rolling this morning. was going to make waffles, but forgot. oh well. going slow enough it'll be lunchtime before I blink again. Coffee is a diuretic, so might be going for a third. Not really for the water flush, but because I love coffee and it's Sunday. I also screwed up my first cup trying to adjust the grind so emotionally I'm slightly behind on the pleasure of the sip.

Clouds are breaking up early, weekend rules. Enjoy this glorious day!

Edit for late afternoon after not eating or drinking much. just to show the difference. figured out why I swam like crap last night. I seem to have an upset stomach bug thing. always on the weekends. why? just for fun, weighed myself after breakfast and coffee but nothing else. the blob is holding, everything else is down. going to start drinking water now, but what a swing, roughly 2.1 lbs of water, poop and whatnot. I blame the whatnot. need to drink a couple bottles of water next. fun.
