Early morning weight, blob down, muscle up, did weights during the day on calls, ran around with dogs and seven year old last night, did miss closing my rings by about 20 calories, I just wasn't paying attention at the end of the day. I need to work on the muscles in my lower back again, it's been giving me fits the last couple of days. We're getting to zero hour on something I'm doing at work, so will be sitting a lot through the end of the month. It'll be fine, but I want to address the back proactively so it doesn't become more of an issue and sciatic doesn't flare. I have been hanging upside down a couple times a day lately, that helps, although the return to upswing is always slightly awkward. Full inversion. Wonder what the new neighbors think of upside down time? Pretty sure they can see me. Don't care. Grabbed this little guy out of the skylight yesterday. Had to move fast as the resident spider up there was going after him. Everyone lived although the spider was evicted into the bushes outside. I have a fountain full of hummingbirds this morning which is rare. Cool day. I think he's a rufous hummingbird as he has brown body. Colors on the head don't show in this light. the light inside my office keeps the cap feathers from showing as iridescent in the picture, but they are. he's a male. hands are always washed after, mostly because they tend to poop on me when I grab them, but aware of the outbreak.

I've done grapevines brushing my teeth, I just spaced it last night. tonight, we did a hard treadmill workout. it was good.
