Holding muscle, notching down on fat still. All good. Not feeling "concave" but not feeling puffy either. I am going to notch carbs back to under 100 and make it up with protein, not huge changes, but we'll see where they lead. Not giving up my chocolate, but may pull it back to 100 cal (where it really should be), doing fine with the two eggs, two whites and the dogs get the extra yolks.

Did stuff around the house last night so the weekend isn't wasted on it. Might weigh again later for entertainment purposes. Might not.

Replacing some carbs/fat with protein tends to work for me when I am going through a phase where weight just seems to be going up, up, up. Love the descriptions - chicken boob, "concave", blob, hammy...

It's funny, not worried about the weight number at all other than to monitor it. Talked w/nutritionist for almost an hour last night on how to proceed from where we are. She pointed out that I have gained almost 4 pounds of muscle in the last year and a half (started at 89.5, now up to as much as ~94 but probably right about 93) and the fat mass is now receding from a high of 69.2. it's my own very personal project and I'm nerding out on watching the changes. maintaining muscle mass, improving performance, just making sure I try to do better every day.

Kat, congratulations on getting more muscle mass, that’s awesome! I think I’m going to look into meeting with a nutritionist within the next few months. I love how you said carry-on... carry on!😉
