Saturday morning, we are where we are. The skies are gloriously clear this morning, should be after three different thunderstorms yesterday. I enjoyed each and every one of them as we really don't have much variation in the weather here. The rainfall makes the canyons a no this morning, I absolutely intend to swim as my January numbers in the pool are in single digits this morning and I wanted 12. If I swim today and tomorrow, I can get 11. Still twice as much as last year. I will swim in the rain, I will not in a thunderstorm warning situation, much less an active storm in the area. Just nope. At the same time, there were people out on the open beach during the same storm. No sense. Webcams. I was checking out the waves from the storm. Tried to treadmill yesterday, it was making an annoying noise so while I got 20 minutes in, meh. Ran a little, still made the noise, guess I'll see if I can figure out where it is this morning. Did some weights, went to bed because it was cold. Shows below.
BF still in hospital as of last night. Guess this is just going to take as long as it takes.
Notching down on numbers. Note to self, do not leave "cowboy chicken" unattended. Filled up the house with smoke even though there was no burning. Got to open all the windows on a crazy cold night with lots of rain. Awesome.

Happy Saturday. Hope you get a nice swim in. Not sure that I would be that brave. Hope boyfriend can be released. I had some vertigo yesterday. It comes and goes but nothing that debilitating,

Oh, it's beautiful today, Liv. It's chilly at the moment, but if I wait until noon, I should hit peak temps and be okay. Chilly, but nothing deep freeze like yours.

PSA: putting bacon in the air fryer, only a 1/2 slice wrapped around a chicken breast, resulted in the fat becoming aerosolized and coating the entire inside of the fryer, which I'm going to have to spend a good amount of time cleaning today. It only smoked and didn't catch fire, but want others to be aware because it could have. Looking back, I should have baked it without convection fan going. Interesting that there was no explicit warning on this.

Wow about the bacon. I have made bacon in my airfryer but not had a similar thing happen. My airfryer is a small round Tfal so not like the one you have
