Good walk last night, 5 miles, good hills, good speed, went late so not stopping every two minutes. Looking at the numbers, blob down, muscle/water up. Walked after sunset so walked in the dark which I've really missed. Nothing felt "off" last night, so assume it's safe for the moment. Activity seems to center around weekends, so may just walk earlier on those days. I did not make my monthly mileage goal of 124, but not including today, I got 112, so not bad considering I swam 16 days with 23 walking days in June (this doesn't mean I didn't walk those days, just not walking workouts with the dogs). I know I technically have one more day in June, but it's interesting that my average caloric burn per workout is up, but it's 223 per workout which feels a little low. I always burn mid 300's in the pool and I would have guessed that my walks were higher, but maybe that's because of the handful of times we had to cut short this month for various reasons (skunk, gas leak, etc.). It was a weird month. Heck, it's been a weird year. Onward.

Edit for specific info: average caloric burn per swim went from 304 to 352. I knew that other number was low. And I realize my tools are only guidelines, but I like to look at the changes. I wish I could export my numbers from the watch to my computer. Apple, get on that!
