Flex Thursday -Friday. Unintentional mini bulk to 190. Time to cut again.

Thanks, Wifey! We celebrated with a pay per view fight we wanted to see and a frozen pizza. 🥰 Both working too much to get away right now but somewhere fun for our 20th, Lord willing.

Congratulations on your anniversary! I have been doing the same! I have been really getting into the stretch and incorporating partials in. I have been seeing that a lot lately, some guys have been preaching it forever, but it seems like everyone is pushing it now.  

Yeah, I love it. I get so beat up from it in a good way that I am actually taking a couple of days off per week. And thanks!
