You're welcome. It's a long grind. You have to enjoy the process to make it a lifelong thing. 

This is why i love my journal. My mind lives day to day and gets frustrated. If i go back a year or even two, i can see the differences. And if i remove my self critical mind from the equation and pretend it’s about someone else, it’s pretty darn good.

Thank you very much for the encouraging words...Many times I feel this way, this is why I joined Fatsecret, not only for help but to be around others like myself that has weight issues and to be encouraged by other's success as well as times of feeling down and in our disappointments.

Well said! I often get frustrated when i see lack of results, and feel as if im wasting my time. Then i get a grip on things and realize, nothing worth having comes easy. 

That phrase reminds me of Austin powers every time. I don't even remember the movie other than "this is me in a nutshell, baby" or whatever the hell he says. 😆

Actually I YouTubed it and it wasn't nearly as funny as I thought it was in my 20's. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I can relate! But I’m consistent and I won’t give up so someday I will have bigger muscles. Right? Hope so. But if not, I’ll still do what I’m doing. Sure is better than what I used to do!! 🙄🙄🙄
