Don’t post my life Diablo!😁 Have a Tremendous Thursday!💪 

It's true. That's why waking up early has been the best option for me (disclaimer, I'm child free) because I'm exhausted after work and after making dinner that leaves about 2 hours of free time before bed. Good post! 

Last half of this has been me for the last couple months. 

I feel attacked 😂 I'm glad to say I've been working out at least 5 days a week, 20-60 minutes a day. And I'm counting calories and drinking lots of water. Finally changed from this lol 

But D, some of us have slow metabolism or starvation mode turned on genetically at infancy. And calories eaten during whining shouldn't count. 🤣 

Ouch! 

Lol thinking ‘so true’ while sitting here on couch reading and watching fs pics ..omg the irony just hit me hard 😂😂 

We all gotta start somewhere.

this is why I tell people to try pacing/walking while watching videos - now I'm so used to it I can't sit still 😂 

You are generous Diablo. I bet most people watch tv more than an hour a day. 

I love this because it is so true...action is necessary for results!
