i did eat what i love and lost control and gained 9 pounds, lol I went back to eating healthy and stayed away from something that is too yummy for me... someone who has wonderful control on when to say that is all I need. that's awesome, I can't do it..

yes i love my diet without the cookies , cakes and chocolates and chips, fast foods..ect..I feel really good not having them.. I have issues with acid reflux and bloating and I have to be careful what I eat.. bummer...
