Real gains come when you're really into it. You either love it or love the results. One or the other or you're simply not going to stick to it. No one likes torture without working towards some results.

Keyten, I'm not even close to the strength of my hubby, but he has this stringy strength (not sure that is an official name)😳 that is crazy powerful but doesn't show so much. My one son is happy he got my genes for growing muscles. Mine aren't actually that big! My family is just nice to me. 😊

I don't think low amounts of steroids change the voice. Steroid abuse does. High doses. She would be humungous if she took high doses.

The feminine is not naturally bulky and is much more beautiful in its natural state.
It resides in a yin state and therefore softer tissues. That is why many women who do pursue such features eventually deal with many other issues such as Amenhorrea. Again it still depends on the woman's constitution and her dominant doshas.
There is nothing wrong with big muscles on a woman but eventually the cultural mindset will change in the future and it will not be desirable anymore.

WhollyVeda, I respect your opinion but I am not inclined to agree on all of it. Cultural mindset has nothing to do with true desirability. On a superficial level, perhaps. It’s a personal thing. All that matters is her feelings about it. 😊 Basing what the future mindset may be isn’t a way to live life, in my opinion.
