202 pounds. Up 20 pounds. Thought I'd post some pics to ensure everyone I'm not going off the deep end. The weather changing plus some vacations are causing the weight to increase but I'm still lifting hard so some of the weight is going to the right places.

I don't think I've ever been this heavy while still looking pretty lean. The face usually looks rounder at 200 pounds and I'm usually wearing my size 34-36 pants. I still fit in my 32's and I have to pull them up after a while so that's awesome. Also, I went from 225 for 5 reps on bench from too much running and no gym during quarantine to 225 for 18 reps as of today. 235 for 14 was my last set. I need to increase the weight but I'm also taking it slow so that my shoulders stay healthy.

As my shirt says, "keep calm and trust the dispatcher(process)." :P
