Transformation Tuesday. Oct 17th 2017 187.6 pounds to today March 17th 2020 at 180.6. Only 7 pounds on the scale but there is definitely more fat loss than the scale shows since I gained muscle at the same time. I look healthier/better despite aging 2.5 years. Successful recomposition.

Thanks L2E! I was just looking at my weight chart. I was just 187.6 on 8 days ago. So the same weight and I looked pretty much the exact same as my after pic here. It's crazy how different you can look at the same weight.

Thanks Shirfleur, Acomandr, 60, Moopie, Chris, and Lzenn! I personally can't get over the face. It's crazy how unhealthy you can look with just a bit of extra fluff. I had the beginnings of a double chin, squinty eyes, and chubby cheeks. :P

The face is what I noticed first, Diablo...slimmer, smoother = YOUNGER👍🏼 I need me some of that cream/potion, lol. Way to go🤙🏼
