Flex Friday. Sometimes I wonder if the weight I gained since Nov. was all fat because adding muscle at this point is so much harder. Then I take a pic and it eases doubt.

DP, there is a guy here who giggles and makes whooping sounds while smiling the whole time. A new character enters the PF sitcom. He is like the joker except for he doesn't appear nervous, just happy. I only noticed because I forgot my earbuds

Being fairly new here I hesitated to comment. But I don't think there is any weight from fat there. Good job!

If he's doing cardio, May be one of my residents. He goes Monday and Friday and does stairs or treadmill.

You can't see the anteriors, those are the medial heads. I think the rear delts look pretty bulbous and I'm not sure if they can get bigger naturally.
