That's a good one IIFYMD! Im keeping that one. And definitely not low carb, which is fine with me. Joe and I worked a wine festival this weekend and had some really good food, pizza, quesadillas, shrimp cocktail. Then the owner of the winery would take us out for dinner! I didn't even log for those 3 days. 🙃

Keyten, MD is simply good food all the way around. Authentic Mexican cuisine is the same as MD as long as you don't Americanize it. 😄

Yeah, that's why I don't care for low carb diets. All the best foods contain them and if they don't, they would be better with them. You can have even better results with them in my case at least.

I gotta have some carbs too but a high carbohydrate diet is not for me. I love Mexican foods and Italian foods too. There are ways to enjoy them both with portion control and still a maintain calorie deficit. Life taste good why not enjoy it!!!
