It's delicious but dangerous. Pretty sure I can fill a normal sized bowl and it would be 1k calories or close to it.

Hmmm so you’re saying I could eat half a box each day for two days. Sounds good 😉. I could use my cinnamon sugar protein powder in with the milk too. On second thought that doesn’t sound too great. I’ll leave them to you!

This is the most disgusting cereal I have ever eaten- or tried to eat. Couldn't even finish it (and I will finish anything) so if I can save even one of you the money and calories- YUCK- do not purchase this. Who you gonna believe? Me or him? 🤢

It actually has plenty of vitamins and even some fiber. Not unhealthy. That would depend on the dose, silly. Don't center your diet around low protein foods and you'll be ok, jdeuchter.

Lol I have a big sweet tooth yet I’ve tried tons of cereal that left me gagging. I’ll take princess’s word on this one and steer clear. My family likes Cinnamon Toast Crunch anyway. If I buy something besides that or lucky charms I usually get a talking to by at least two of them lol. (Hubs and oldest)

I don't know lzenn... Definitely use the calories for the cinnamon roll itself. Not this stuff. I love all cereal, peeper so I was even more surprised. My favorites are golden grahams, raisin bran, and frosted mini wheats. Not that anyone asked. 😆
