It just tastes so nasty - except diet cherry Pepsi and diet Dr Pepper. With those I didn't notice the nastiness. I just preferred the herbal teas. Can sweeten (or not) those to taste so much easier. Guess I'm a bit of a control freak when it comes to something I'm going to consume a lot of.  

Not to even mention the expense of diet sodas compared to herbal teas. Yeah, German, cheap ass. Sort of goes hand in hand. 

I love Coke Zero. Diet coke, not so much. I prefer Zero to even the sugar water called soda. 

That's why I gave up all artificial sweeteners years ago.

I see what you're saying Big D, it's just that I have a negative reaction to artificial sweeteners; especially aspartame. 

I have never tried zero coke,I will buy it next time I find it caffeine free. 😐 Actually I don't drink too much diet coke. coca-cola was more a restaurant thing. Because "you are supposed to order a drink with your food". I like it with popcorn or doritos though.  

So, ignore my first statement if you don't have allergies to such sweeteners. It doesn't pertain to the diagram. 

Only sweetener I use is stevia in the raw...only one I like and has no after taste..Natural.
