I'll take it....same weight as Friday morning after a weekend of many treats & adult beverages. I was actually at 146 later this afternoon, but decided to record my morning weight.
Back to my normal WOE. Yesterday I ate fewer calories as well. We went out for Mother's Day dinner. I had originally planned to order the Mussels Linguini but they were out 😒 I decided on a Pub salad with Ahi Tuna....a tasty but low cal choice.
My daughter & granddaughter left for home this afternoon.
Tonight I made salads & topped them with the 2 leftover chicken tenders in the fridge.
